More confusion from the Patriot Ledger

The Patriot Ledger published a very confusing article (as usual) about the West Squantum Street Bridge and ramps re-opening.The fact is the Newport Ave ramps mentioned in the article are about a half mile from the Neponset River Bridge. When reading this one would think that the Neponset Bridge was ready to re-open. Not so fast - take a look for yourself.
