Are you confused yet? I am

The following was copied from the Mass Dot Website
I don't know about you but I'm confused. Thank goodness we have these traffic alerts to keep us from driving off of a bridge or something like that.

Traffic Alert

The following lane restrictions will be in place until further notice.

There will be 3 northbound travel lanes from the mid point of the bridge to Neponset Circle and one southbound travel lane from Neponset Circle to the midpoint of the bridge Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 10 AM.

At all other times, two lanes will be provided in each direction on the main span of the bridge and southbound traffic traveling to Quincy Shore Drive will be directed to the left lane that will occupy a portion of the northbound side of the bridge and Southbound traffic traveling to Hancock Street will be directed to the far right lane on the southbound side of the bridge. There may be instances where only one southbound travel lane from Neponset Circle to the midpoint of the bridge will be available from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM weekdays to allow for construction activities to occur

Sidewalks will remain open

A SIDEWALK (singular) will remain open on the Northbound side of the Neponset River Bridge.

WALKERS AND RUNNERS: Hey, if there's construction fencing and jersey barriers with automobiles driving next to them, that means: STAY OUT !!
You DON'T belong there !!
If you want to die, go somewhere where you won't involve someone else.
